Preferred Equipment was very responsive after calling them to review our pallet rack requirements during a facility walk. After this review, they gave us recommendations to improve material organization, so existing wooden pallets could be eliminated within the warehouse. I particularly appreciated the time Preferred Equipment took to explain their pallet rack recommendations, so products could be removed off the warehouse floor. In order to work within budget constraints, different lengths of used pallet racks were recommended. The pallet racks were in good condition and easily assembled. After the installation, Preferred Equipment performed a post-installation facility walk. They quickly resolved identified issues.
